First party: John de Lascy [Lacy], constable of Chester.

Second party: William de Essartis [Assartis].

Place or subject: The whole of that land which Robert de Essartis, his father, held from the permission of Roger de Lascy, constable of Chester, his father, at the hay of Sukyrkeby [South Kirkby].

County: [Yorkshire].

Additional people: (witnesses) Robert de Canc', then steward. John de Byrekyn [Birkin]. Gilbert de Notton. Master Robert, then rector of the hospital of St Nicholas of Ponterfr' [Pontefract].
