Place or subject: The whole of Rametta's land of Fentun [Fenton] with all appurtenances within the vill and outside without any reservation, namely in demesnes, homages, services, rents, wards, reliefs and escheats and all other appurtenances or easements. She also gives to him the homage and service of Gerard de Hyburn [Hepburn] and his heirs from his tenement of Hyburn [Hepburn]. and the homage and service of Ingram de Wardham and his heirs from his tenement of Wittefeld [Whitfield], with all their wards, reliefs and escheats and all other profits and appurtenances, which could befall by their decease in any case.
