Folios: 156v-157. Northumberland. Grant.

First party: John, son of William de Chorneford.

Second party: Richard Moryn [Morin].

Place or subject: Eight acres of land in the territory of Fenton in increase of his land, which he holds in the same vill, namely between the ways one rood towards the north of the church, and one perch, which both make half an acre. and one dale, which abuts towards Pulles and Stanrerode, which both make one rood. and one acre upon Tunstale and one rood in Bromylawelecche and Strotherleheuedrode. and upon Lawe one acre. and in le Hopelande half an acre, and in le Wellebothum half an acre. and at Dunehede half an acre. and one acre, which abuts towards Gylmethesterlecche and Crumbehalueacre. and across the way of Berewyk [Berwick upon Tweed] two roods and half an acre, which is called Collonge. and two dales and headlands, which make one rood. and half an acre in Upelandwethers.
