Description

Folios: 152v-153. Northumberland. Grant.

First party: John de Corneford.

Second party: Richard Morin.

Place or subject: The toft which lies between John's house on the east side and the house of Walter le Punder, which contains in width 45 feet and in length 107 feet. And 10 acres of land with appurtenances in the vill of Fenton, one rood of which lies upon Mellerigge, and one rood extends upon the croft of John de Corneford towards the east, and half an acre lies upon Tunstalles, and one acre in Dedeside, and two roods called Smihtrod, and half an acre which lies on the east side upon Weteland, and half an acre lies in la Pulle, and one rood lies between la Forrere of Walter the servant and Undeburne, and two roods lie in the furlong called Bronnlauechet, and half an acre lies in Laydegrym, and half an acre in le Crokedcleche, and one half acre which is called Damhalfaker, and one rood called Syvidirede, and half an acre which lies on the west side of Gilbichester, and half an acre which lies on the east side of Gilbichester, and half an acre lies beyond the way which leads towards Berwic [Berwick upon Tweed] in Brerihoppis, and one rood called Leuedilandis, and two roods lie in la Crofftis, and 11 perches lie in Labitis towards Merleche.
