First party: Elias, son of the parson of Fenton.

Second party: Richard Morin.

Place or subject: Seven acres of land with appurtenances in the field of Fenton, half an acre of which lies in Aldrichesslede, and half an acre upon la Done, and half an acre in Wetelandes, and half an acre in Rochestre, and one acre in Langthet, and half an acre called Monalfaker, and half an acre called Danialfaker, and half an acre upon le Lawe, and half an acre called Tolangerodes, and half an acre upon la Side, and half an acre upon le Steures, and two roods in Bronnlawe, and one rood in Constalles, and one rood towards la Holeforde.
