Place or subject: The whole right and claim, which Adam had or could have in two bovates of land in the vill of Neuton [Newton], with the toft and croft and all appurtenances which he had from the gift of John le Viscunte [Viscount], lord of Stanford [Stamford], together with Emma, formerly wife of Adam the Mason, villein of the said Adam Ribaud, and with her sons and their whole following. Also his whole right and claim which he had of the gift of the said John for his corn to be ground at the mill of Newton freely and without multure, and also his whole right and claim which he had of the gift of the same John for 20 cartloads of stones to be had in the quarry of Witestrother.
