Description

Folios: 150-150v. Northumberland. Agreement.

First party: Everard Teutonicus [le Tyeys] and Rametta, his wife.

Second party: Patrick Harang.

Place or subject: Concerns certain disputes between them that have arisen about certain lands in Stanford [Stamford] which are settled in this manner: Everard and Rametta give to Patrick for his homage and service all the lands, which Adam Thewe and William the reeve formerly held in Stanford [Stamford], with tofts and crofts which Adam and William held, together with the increase of 60 feet in width towards the west and 60 feet in width towards the east, according to the length of the said tofts and crofts. And with the toft which William Wyscard held, with the same increase according to length and width, and the cultivated field of Heyhelaweflat by the same metes and bounds, by which William Heyrun perambulated it on the day on which he made over seisin thereof to the same Patrick. And Arkylesleche by the same metes and bounds by which the said William Heyrun perambulated it on the day on which he made over seisin to Patrick.
