Folios: 131v-132. County of Lancaster. Copies of charters by which diverse liberties are claimed in this eyre: Confirmation of grant.
First party: Henry III.
Second party: The burgesses of Preston.
Place or subject: All the liberties and free customs which Henry II granted to them, and also the toll of the wapentake of Amondernesse [Amounderness] and their fairs at Preston to be held at the assumption of St Mary throughout 8 days. and the pasture of the forest which is called Foulwode [Fulwood].
County: [Lancashire].
Additional people: (witnesses) Jocelin [of Wells], bishop of Bath. Richard [Poore], bishop of Salisbury. Peter [des Roches], bishop of Winchester. Hubert de Burgh, earl of Kent, the king's justiciar.
