Folio: 93v. County of Lancaster. Testimony.
First party: Maud de Pipe, abbess of Polesworth, and the convent of the same place.
Place or subject: They testify that Maud, daughter and heir of William de Waltone, is the right heir of her said father. Isabel de Waltone says that Maud was begotten before marriage, but they say this is not so.
