First party: William de Bracebrigge [Bracebridge] and Maud, his wife.
Second party: John de Croft and Emma de Walton, his wife, and all the tenants of the manor of Ulneswalton [Ulnes Walton].
Place or subject: The said William and Maud have granted to the earl of Lancaster two parts of the manor of Ulnes Walton and two parts of the two parts of the lands and tenements in Lailond[Leyland], Ecleston [Eccleston], Heskyn [Heskin] and Kilgrymesargh [Kellamergh], with the reversion of the lands and tenements which the said Emma holds in dower.

Dated at the castle of Kenilleworth [Kenilworth].
