First party: William de Bracebrigge [Bracebridge] and Maud, his wife.
Second party: William Laurence.
Place or subject: The said William and Maud appoint the said William Laurence as their attorney to deliver to the earl of Lancaster two parts of the manor of Ulneswalton [Ulnes Walton], Lancs, and two parts of the the two parts of lands and tenement in Lailond [Leyland], Ecleston [Eccleston], Heskyn [Heskin] and Kilgrymesargh [Kellamergh], with the reversion of lands and tenements, which Emma de Walton holds in the name of dower within the same manor.

Dated at the castle of Kenilleworth [Kenilworth].
