Place or subject: The said William and Maud grant to the said earl two parts of the manor of Ulneswalton [Ulnes Walton] and two parts of all the two parts of the lands and tenements which are in Lailond [Leyland], Ecleston [Eccleston], Heskyn [Heskin] and Kilgrymesargh [Kellamergh], with the reversion of the third part of the said manors, lands and tenements, which Emma de Walton held in dower or inheritance, and which third part after Emma's death ought to revert to the said William and Maud and Maud's heirs, with remainder to the said earl, his heirs and assigns.
