First party: Henry de Lancastre [Lancaster], earl of Derby.
Second party: William de Bracebrigge [Bracebridge].
Place or subject: The said William grants to the said earl the estate of the manor of Waleton [Ulnes Walton] with the appurtenances and all other reversions belonging to the said manor [further details given]. The said earl grants that he will enfeoff the said William and Maud, his wife, in 40 marks of land within the manor of Berley [Bearley], Warw, for the term of two lives, paying a rent of £20 a year to the heirs of the said William and Maud.
County: [Lancashire]. Warwickshire.
Additional people: Maud, wife of the said William de Bracebrigge.
Dated at Kenilworth.
