First party: William de Walton.
Second party: John de Gresebrok and Philip Daunvers.
Place or subject: The said attorneys are to deliver seisin to Henry de Derby of two parts of the manor of Waleton [Ulnes Walton], 30 acres of land in Laylande [Leyland], 30s of rent in Kelgrymesargh [Kellamergh] and the moiety of the manors of Eccleston, Heskyn [Heskin] and Laylande [Leyland] with their appurtenances for the whole life of the said earl, as is more fully contained in a deed concerning this.
