Place or subject: Two parts of the manor of Waleton [Ulnes Walton], 30 acres of land in Laylande [Leyland], 30s of rent in Kelgrymesargh [Kellamergh] and the moiety of the manors of Eccleston, Heskyn [Heskin] and Laylande [Leyland] with appurtenances. Also the third part of the said manors and tenements, which John de Croft and Emma, his wife, hold in dower, and after Emma's death ought to descend to the said William de Waleton.
