First party: William de Walton.
Second party: Henry de Lancastre [Lancaster], earl of Derby.
Place or subject: Two parts of the manor of Walton [Ulnes Walton], 30 acres of land in Layland [Leyland], 30s of rent in Kelgrimesargh [Kellamergh] and the moiety of the manors of Eccleston, Heskyn [Heskin] and Layland [Leyland] with appurtenances. Also the third part of the said manors and tenements, which John de Croft and Emma, his wife, hold in dower, and after Emma's death ought to descend to the said William de Walton.
County: Lancashire.
Additional people: Adam de Walton.
