First party: Richard, son of Richard son of Uhtred of Preston.
Second party: Matthew de Modbirleg' [Mobberley], clerk.
Place or subject: 4s of yearly rent in the vill of Preston in Amundernes [Preston in Amounderness], which the said Richard used to receive yearly from Adam le Freremon for a certain burgage which he held of him in the said vill of Preston, lying between the messuage of Robert son of Adam, on the one side, and the messuage of Roger son of William, on the other.
County: [Lancashire].
Additional people: (witnesses) Robert, son of Adam de Preston. Adam son of Ralph. Robert the forester. Paul de Preston. William son of William. William son of Roger. Richard Bussel. Richard the dyer.
