First party: John, son of Richard de Ingoll [Ingol].
Second party: God and St Mary Magdalene of Preston and the lepers serving God there.
Place or subject: One acre of land within the boundaries of Ingoll [Ingol], namely half an acre of land next to the land which Walter de Ingol gave to the said Mary Magdalene on the east side, and the other half-acre of land next to the land between the two sikes, which the said Walter gave to the said Mary Magdalene and the lepers of Preston on the west side.
County: [Lancashire].
