First party: Helen, daughter of William Kybald [Kibald], by the order, will and consent of Jordan, her husband.
Second party: God and St Mary Magdalene and the hospital of Preston and the lepers and brothers and sisters serving God there.
Place or subject: Six perches of land in the field of Tulketh, in which perches a certain part descends upon Rysenebruge, and other parts on both sides of the land of the said hospital.
