Second party: God and St Mary Magdalene and the leper brothers living outside the vill of Prestona [Preston].
Place or subject: One acre of land in the west field of Sydegreves, beginning at Rocheduz on the east, descending in length on the west as far as Huclone of Eston, and half a part of the meadow from the way of Lemonesford as far as Ruchedutz.
County: [Lancashire].
