First party: Brother John de Choleham, keeper of the house of St Mary Magdalene, and the brothers serving God and Mary there.
Second party: William, son of John de Greins.
Place or subject: The keeper and Brother John have agreed and have leased to the said William the whole of that land with appurtenances, which Richard Spendelove gave to the said house of Mary Magdalene in the vill of Sidegrenis for the term of his life.
County: [Lancashire].
