Folios: 79v-80. County of Lancaster. Sale.

First party: Roger, son of Ranulph de Marresheya.

Second party: Ranulf [Ranulf de Blundeville], earl of Chester and Lincoln.

Place or subject: The manor of Boulton [Bolton] with all appurtenances and whatsoever he had or could come to the said Roger or his heirs in the said manor of Boulton [Bolton] and in Little Boulton [Little Bolton], Tonge, Halgh [The Haulgh], Brethinete [Breightmet], Radeclive [Radcliffe], Ormeston, Weffeleg', Sharplis [Sharples], Haghe [Haigh], Fanedisch, Longetre, Sevinton [Shevington], Chernoc [Charnock], Hedchernoc [Heath Charnock], Dokesbur [Duxbury], Adelvinton [Adlington], Whithull [Whittle le Woods], Hirelton, Skaresbreck [Scarisbrick], Heton [Heaton] by Lancastre [Lancaster], Melner, Derwente and Eccleshill and in all other places pertaining to the said lands, in homages, fees, services, customs, demesnes, custodies, reliefs, rents, escheats, advowsons of churches and all other things which he had.
