Place or subject: The messuage with appurtenances, which Nicholas held of Thomas de Parlis in the vill of Lancaster, and that land which Nicholas had of Helewise, daughter of Gylemyn in the same vill, and also the burgage with appurtenances which he had of William Dispensator [Despenser] in the said vill. Which same lands and burgage lie together on the west side of the burgage of Lambert Dispensator by the castle of Lancaster.
