Second party: Henry de Lacy, earl of Lincoln and constable of Chester.
Place or subject: The lands, tenements and rents which the abbot and convent hold from the said earl and his ancestors in Acrington [Accrington], Cliveacher [Cliviger] and Hunescot [Huncoat], Lancs, and in la Roundehaye [Roundhay], Secroft [Seacroft] and Shadewell [Shadwell], Yorks. and £4 a year which they were accustomed to receive from the very small alms of the said earl from his Exchequer of Pontefract.
