First party: Agnes, daughter of Peter le Mercer of Salford.
Second party: Henry, earl of Lancaster.
Place or subject: All her claim in common easements of the whole waste of Salford, as far as it pertains to her and her heirs, for four burgages and a half in the same vill, saving to her and her heirs turbary and reasonable entrance and exit in the same vill and such common as other burgesses have in the same vill.
