Second party: The prior and convent of Birkheud [Birkenhead].
Place or subject: The said earl granted to the said prior 26 acres of land of the waste of the same earl, 16 acres of which are by Smethedon and 10, which William the clerk of Liverpol [Liverpool] held previously, are within the manor of Derby [West Derby] by Wavertre [Wavertree], at the rent of 13s a year.
County: [Lancashire].
