Place or subject: The said earl, with the licence and assent of Edward III, has granted and handed over at fee farm to the said abbot and convent and their successors the tourn of the sheriff in Furnes [Furness] with all profits and other things belonging to this tourn.
Dated at Heigham Ferrers [Higham Ferrers].
