First party: Hugh, son of John de Brecchon.
Second party: Edmund de Lascy [Lacy], his lord.
Place or subject: One carucate of land with appurtenances in the vill of Witelay [Whitley] without any reservation. Also five bovates of land in the territory of Alvel' with all appurtenances without any reservation, of which Thomas de Ditton holds two bovates, Matthew de Sepelay one bovate and a half, Ivo North half a bovate, and Robert the miller one bovate.
