First party: The prior of Kedwelly [Kidwelly].

Second party.

Place or subject: The jurors say that Geoffrey Cokyr, predecessor of the now prior of Kedwelly [Kidwelly], exchanged three acres of land and one rood with diverse men of Kedwelly [Kidwelly], namely with Thomas Gleffe 2½ acres of land. with David Bryan half an acre of land and one rood. and with Thomas Davy one rood of land and a half. And the said Thomas, David and Thomas held the said land at burgage and were accustomed to pay nothing for the said land. And the said prior held the land, which he gave in exchange in free, pure and perpetual alms as the right of his church of Kedwelly [Kidwelly] from ancient times without secular service.
