First party: William le Vavasur [Vavasour].

Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln, constable of Chester and lord of Ros [Rhos] and Rowennok [Rhufoniog], lord of the fee.

Place or subject: All the lands, tenements and possessions which he has in Wales of the said Henry de Lacy. and the land of Ke, which he has of Thomas de Seint Poul [St Pol] in Wales.
