First party: The abbot of Neeth [Neath] and the convent of the same place.
Second party: William Mayloc of Bluntesmore.
Place or subject: The abbot and convent make known that they have received [land] from the said William in the fee of Ogemore [Ogmore] by the same terms and conditions by which Peter Blund handed over the same land to the same William, namely at the fee farm of 24 years, of which seven are now past and 17 remain.
County: [Glamorgan].
The morrow of St John the Baptist 1266.
