Dated at Lanuvdud at a meeting of the community of the men of Ros [Rhos] and Rywanyawe [Rhufoniog] from the mandate of Henry, earl of Lincoln, constable of Chester, before William le Wavasur [Vavasour], steward, William de Stopham, marshal, knights, and Reginald de Savinton, at that time constable of Dynbyth [Denbigh], with the unanimous consent of the said community, so that peace may be secure in the future. Richard, dean of St Asaph, affixes his seal.

Monday in the morrow of St James the Apostle 1283.
