Folio: 27v. Wales. Notification that the king does not intend that any prejudice is made to the countess of Lincoln concerning her estate in the castle and land of Buelt [Builth].

Second party: Alice [Alice de Lacy], countess of Lincoln.
Place or subject: The castle and manor of Thalnneir [Thlanar] and the land and lordship of Buelt [Builth] with appurtenances in South Wales, which Alice, countess of Lincoln, holds under the name of the castle and land of Buelt [Builth] for the term of her life from the king's grant, and which after the death of the same countess ought to remain to the king and his heirs.
