Place or subject: His right, which he had or could have at any time, in the name of inheritance, in all his lands, tenements, groves, meadows and pastures with all appurtenances between Rokevile [Rockfield], Coytichan, Badeput and Monemuth [Monmouth], together with the lands, tenements and their appurtenances, which his freeholders and husbandmen held within the said metes, except for a certain grove, which is called Ferriesorchard, and a certain croft, lying between Rokevile [Rockfield], the path leading from the royal way towards Ferriesfeld and Richardesfeld and the river, which is called Canonesbroc.
