Folios: 13-13v. Charters and confirmations. Inspeximus of charter of Thomas Wlf of Dovor, chaplain, to Edmund, the king's brother, and Blanche his wife, queen of Navarre, dated in January 7 Edw I, in consideration of 10 marks of silver.
First party: Edward I.
Second party: Edmund, the king's brother.
Place or subject: One land with a house and all buildings being upon the same and other appurtenances, lying within the liberty of Dovor [Dover] in the ward, which is called Balleswarde, namely between the land of Apsolon Lof towards the south-west and the land of John Coleman towards the north-east in width, and it heads towards the royal street towards the north-west.
