Folios: 7v-8. Charters and confirmations. Arbitration of the queen between Edmund, his son, and Gilbert Talebot [Talbot].
First party: [Eleanor of Provence] The Queen.
Second party: Edmund, the king's son, and Gilbert Talebot.
Place or subject: Manor of Radeleye [Rodley], which Edmund, the king's son granted to Gilbert Talebot with all appurtenances except the fishery in the same manor, to hold to the same Gilbert and his heirs or assigns until he has made contentment to the said Gilbert in wards, marriages or escheats clearly belonging to the same Edmund, at the arbitration and ordination of the king.
County: Gloucestershire.
