Description

Folio: 6v. Charters and confirmations. Pardon of £1,777 14s 5d, which were exacted from Edmund, the king's son by summons of the Exchequer for divers debts, in which John de Monemue, who at one time held the honor of Monemue [Monmouth] of the king, was held at the Exchequer on the day on which he died.

First party: Henry III.

Second party: Edmund, the king's son, holder of the castle and honor of Monemue [Monmouth] with lands and tenements belonging to the same honor.

Place or subject: The castle and honor of Monemue [Monmouth].

County: [Monmouthshire].

Additional people: John de Monemue.
