Folio: 6v. Charters and confirmations. Grant to Edmund, the king's brother, to be quit of all debts, fines and amercements, accounts, reckonings and all kinds of arrears, which are demanded or can be demanded from him for the premises.
First party: Edward I.
Second party: Edmund, the king's brother.
Place or subject: The manor, castle and honor of Monemuth [Monmouth], formerly of John de Monemuth, which Edmund, the king's brother holds by the grant of Henry III, as fully and freely as the same John held them in his life, and certain debts from the same Edmund by occasion of the debts, in which the said John was held to the king at the Exchequer on the day on which he died, were exacted by summons of the Exchequer.
