Place or subject: One market every week on a Tuesday at his manor of Wirkesworth [Wirksworth], Derbyshire, and one fair there every single year lasting for three days, viz on the eve and on the day and on the morrow of the Nativity of the Blessed Mary. And also free warren in all his demesne lands of Staunford [Stamford], Northumberland, provided that those lands are not within the metes of the king's forest.
