Place or subject: The honor of Derby, the castles, manors and tenements with appurtenances which were of Robert de Ferrers, and the honor of Leicester, and all lands and tenements which were of Simon de Montfort, late earl of Leicester, the king's enemies, and which came into the king's hands by their forfeiture as his escheats.
