Second party: Edmund, the king's son.
Place or subject: All lands and tenements which were of Robert de Ferrers, earl of Derby, who adhered to Simon de Montfort, late earl of Leicester, the king's enemy and felon, and his adherents at the time of the war, which was lately moved in the realm by the same Simon and his said adherents to the king's disinheritance and destruction of his crown, the lands and tenements of which enemies and rebels pertained by their forfeiture by the common consent and counsel of magnates and subjects to the king's order and disposition, saving to the chief lords their homages and services.
