Folio 85. Letter dated at Whitehall from the King to the Prince of Orange. There is a very hard frost but with the finest clear sunshiny weather the King has ever seen. The Queen Dowager is getting ready to go to Portugal as soon as her brother sends an ambassador to accompany her but how soon that will be is uncertain especially if the Portuguese are as slow as the Spanish.
