Description

Folios 80-81. Letter dated at Whitehall from the King to the Prince of Orange. He is sorry to learn that the province of Groningen has suffered so badly from flooding and so many ships lost by the late bad weather. He reports 'the Queen Dowager [sic] is now quite well again and yesterday morning she was not very well, and was for some time afraid she should have miscarried, but now God be thanked she is very well, and that fear is at the present over'.
