Part 2, Folios 114-115. Letter dated at Windsor from Lord Sunderland to the Prince of Orange. 'I received the honour you Highness was pleased to do me by Monsieur Dicsvelt [Dyckvelt] with all the respect I owe and will ever pay to your commands which I shall on all occasions exactly obey. He is so well informed of everything here to pretend to give you any account of what has passed since his coming and if he does me right as I doubt not but he will he must assure your Highness that no more in the world is with more respect and submission than I am'.
