A very lengthy letter dated at London from [Colonel Sidney] to [the Prince of Orange] analysing the situation concerning the King's ill feeling towards the Prince and the King's arising from the Prince's wish to give Sidney command of the troops in Holland. Lords Halifax and Hyde, the Duke [of York], Mr Seymour, Sir William Temple, [Sidney] Godolphin, the Duchess of Portsmouth, Lord Feversham, Mr Legg, the Duke of Albemarle and Sir Harry Bellassis are mentioned.
