Part 1, Folios 200-201. Letter dated at London from the Duke of York to the Prince of Orange that the Spanish were very neglectful in having so few men in Luxembourg for its defence especially since they looked on it as a place of such consequence. He hopes that the Spanish will now make peace and not lose all the rest of Flanders as they have Luxembourg.
