Letter dated at London from the Duke of York to the Prince of Orange commenting on the surprising news of the seizure of Groot Ziel [Greetsiel, East Frisia] by the Elector of Brandenburg [Frederick William, the 'Great Elector']. The Prince will receive an account from Monsieur van Beuningen about events in England and what has been done in response to [the Spanish Ambassador] Don P [Pedro] Ronquillo's memorial.
