Part 1, Folio 101. Letter dated at London from the Duke of York to the Prince of Orange. The King having thought fit to send Lord Feversham with the Marquis de Bourgemaine to consult with the Prince about the conduct of the war should it continue, he (the Duke) has fully instructed Feversham, by whom he is sending this letter, and has also charged him to assure the Prince of his (the Duke's) continued kindness.
