Folios 210-211: John Russell, Sea Fencible, Dundee. Informing of his resuming command of the Sea Fencibles in Dundee due to the indisposition of Alexander Fraser.
Folios 212-213: enclosure with folios 210-211. Letter dated 30 May 1808 from Helen Fraser in Dundee explaining that her husband, Alexander Fraser, has turned worse with his former complaints and she has sent him to Edinburgh for proper medical aid and hoping that this will be no bar to future promotion when his health recovers and also enclosing the certificate of the physician in Musselburgh.
Folio 214: enclosure with folios 210-211. Letter from Helen Fraser dated 30 May 1808 to John Russell, Sea Fencibles, Arbroath, informing him of the necessity to take Fraser to Edinburgh immediately for proper medical aid and asking him to come up to Dundee before any bills are to be drawn.
Folios 215-216: enclosure with folios 210-211. Medical certificate for Alexander Fraser dated 4 May 1808, issued in Musselburgh.
