Folios 207-208: William Russell, Acting Captain, HMS Tartarus, Gottenburg. Informing of his recapture of the fishing smack Francis and Elizabeth of Harwich off the Naze of Norway and sending her into Gottengurg port.
Folio209: enclosure with folios 207-208, dated January 18 1808, signed by William Russell. Defects on HMS Tartarus resulting from fouling with Gun Brig HMS Pincher on January 15 1808.
